sunday, sunday

Today was a gorgeous fall day...crisp air, bright orange and red trees and warm sunshine. We stayed at his parent's house last night cause we had a late night bonfire, and early in the morning brad went out hunting with his brothers and i slept in. haven't done that in a while, and it was nice. but we went to church and afterwards went to a bar to watch the Packers game and eat lunch - i didn't stay long, just enough to eat :) i just have a hard time getting into football, especially when i'm watching it with 3 guys.

brad's at his parent's right now, finishing up a table that he's building for me, and i've been around my house cleaning it up and doing some more decorating. i've got a chicken in the crock pot, and it smells amazing...can't wait to see how it tastes :)

it was so funny, though - brad and i went to the 11am service at church, and there was nobody there. seriously, it was eerie...normally every chair in the place is filled. i must have been looking around the room with a confused expression on my face, cause brad leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Packers play at noon." oh, right.
