life these days

i haven't been so great at updating my blog lately, huh? well, in short, here's what's happening:

1 - i bought my dress! it is beautiful, simple and as soon as i saw myself in it, i knew. pictures coming soon cause brad never reads this :)

2 - who knew that wedding plan would be so incredibly stressful and difficult? i'm not going into details, but i've yet to experience that "yay, i'm having a wedding!" excitement. maybe simply telling you that we don't have a date or a place yet explains it all. i pretty much tell Brad daily that i'm ready to elope when he is :)

3 - i'm going to Virginia/DC next month for my uncle's wedding. i'm pretty excited about it, it's been a long time since i've been out there and lately, i can't wait to get a break from work! which leads me to #4....

4 - i'm over work. just plain over it. i'm guessing that by the time i'm a 'Mrs' i'll be a little more enthusiastic about it. but right now, my mind is consumed with the wedding.

5 - one of my good friends just moved back to Minneapolis with her two babies that i've NEVER met, and i can't wait to see them! they moved to Seattle last year right after I went to Sweden, so we've not seen each other since 2007. crazy!

okay...it's 7:30, i'm supposed to be at work at 8 and i'm still in my bathrobe. i wasn't kidding about #4!
