so....i'm not sure why i never thought of this, but in my last post i asked where i could find the jars in the picture below. well, duh! all they are are these big jars, sans the lid:


i went to Wal-Mart last night (my least favorite store in the world and my one option for shopping in this town) and found a whole slew of HUGE glass jars for $13! so, thanks for the good advice, denim and pearls!

it's a beautiful weekend in Hayward, but unfortunately i'm taking off for Green Bay to meet some of Brad's family that i haven't met yet. the best part is that i'm off work on Monday and i'll be taking care of lots and lots of wedding details - first item on the list? my first dress alterations!
